Exhibitors

The symposium will feature an exhibit area where companies can show products, technology, and software related to process safety. The booth fee is $1250 and includes: 10′X10′ booth electrical hookup table/chairs listing in meeting programs, in print and online One complimentary registration is provided. All others attending booth/symposium must pay applicable fees. Exhibit spaces will be randomly assigned closer to the Symposium.Itinerary: The exhibit area will be open during all Symposium breaks, closed during sessions. Itinerary Set-up: Exhibitors may begin setting up 3:00 - 7:00PM, Monday, October 27 (the day before the Symposium), and at 7:00AM the first morning of the Symposium. We request that booths not be dismantled before 3:00PM on Wednesday, October 29. Door-prizes: Door-prize drawings will be held each day of the Symposium. Exhibitors may contribute items to the drawing. Items will be displayed prior to the drawings and contributors recognized. Items may be submitted to Symposium personnel the day of each drawing.
