Sponsorship

Organizations choosing to become an official sponsor of the 2008 Annual Symposium may do so by choosing one of the following options.

For a fee of $2,500, become an official Sponsor of a break or Co-sponsor of a lunch or the cocktail reception.
For a fee of $5,000 become an official (sole) Sponsor of a lunch or the cocktail reception.

The official sponsoring organizations will receive the following benefits:

Recognized as an official sponsor during the Symposium with a visible sign displayed during your event.
Your logo will be included in the list of sponsors in all Symposium publicity material, print and online (printed after sponsorship agreement).
Your logo will be included in the official Symposium Proceedings. A short description of your organization, with contact information, will be included in the official Symposium Proceedings.
A booth (regular rental: $1,250 and includes one registration) in the exhibit area, at no additional cost.
