Exhibitors may begin setting up at 4:00PM, Monday, October 24, 2016 (the day before the Symposium), and at 7:00AM the first morning of the Symposium.
Shipping: The Hilton College Station Conference Center cannot accept shipments. Please see following information from the UPS Store. UPS Shipping Instructions
Door-prizes: Door-prize drawings will be held each day of the Symposium. Exhibitors may contribute items to the drawing. Items will be displayed prior to the drawings and contributors recognized. Items may be submitted to Symposium personnel the day of each drawing.
Exhibit spaces will be randomly assigned closer to the Symposium.
Itinerary: The exhibit area will be open during all Symposium breaks and closed during sessions.
