Jaqueline Trinh

Regional Process Safety Specialist

Cargill

Jaqueline Trinh graduated Texas A&M University in 2020 with a B.S. Chemical Engineering, and she is a Regional Process Safety Specialist at Cargill with four years of experience. Starting as a Food Safety and Quality Intern in Columbus, NE, she progressed to an Engineer Associate in Butler, WI after graduation.

Discovering her passion for ammonia refrigeration, Jaqueline transitioned to a Process Safety Management Coordinator in Butler, WI and later took on a vital role in Fort Worth in 2022. In 2023, she advanced into her current regional position.

Jaqueline holds certifications as a Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO) and Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) from Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association (RETA). She is a subject matter expert in management of change and pre-startup safety review for Cargill Protein North America. With a keen focus on safety, she has successfully navigated OSHA and EPA inspections. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jaqueline contributes as a volunteer recruiter for Texas A&M, connecting and finding new talent.
